BHAGWAD GEETA CREATES A CRAZE ABROAD

Bhagwad Geeta creates a craze

abroad
======
A few years ago the book of Chinese thinker and philosopher Sunju "Art of War" was very popular among the management students but recently things have changed very swiftly and the status of India as Jagadguru has become valid again.
The amalgamated 18 chapters of the Bhagavad Gita in the shape of melodious slokas of Yogeshwar Shri Krishna are becoming very popular in business schools and corporate sector worldwide.
In America teaching leadership quality to Kellog's managers in the new age-group Deepak Chopra,General Electric's business consultant Ramcharan's class or Leemen Brothers Ink's Swami Parthasharathi's sermons to his staff only one basic tenet is attracting everyone and that is the ancient Indian philosophy and knowledge which is being viewed as the essence of Bhagavad Gita.
In fact, these Indian gurus are teaching the Bhagavad Gita's theory of "Karma" to foreign managers and his latest trend is being termed as "Karma capitalism"or"karma poonjiwad" Sri Sri Ravi Shankar and Swami Parthasarathi are spiritual gurus for quite long but C.K.Prahalad, Ram Charan and Vijay GovindRajan are becoming popular as professional gurus.

Sunju's book only brings out the external personality of the leader.Till now development of external personality was considered the main aim .Through this medium continuous progress of the business was thought of but the Indian philosophy had always been emphasizing the need of developing"internal personality". It believes in the saying"Man Changa to kathauti Main Ganga",or by developing internal personality,external personality, situations, atmosphere etc.can be managed  easily and successfully.
Thousands of years ago by making Arjun a tool, the lessons given to the world in the shape of the Gita not only unfold the layers of the Unsolved Mysteries but make the external personality great and help in striking a balance between different situations.
"karmanyevadhikaraste Ma phaleshu kadachana •••"(2/ 47)is the world-famous proclamation of the Bhagavad Gita "You have control over your karma only not on the rewards" is not only the patronising force of"Karmawad" but also teaches us the way to destroy the eagerness to get the reward.It is the prime duty of men to take proper care of his "self". But in the daily routine life ,the beauty and success of life depends on priority been given to all the duties.In fact your duty is your biggest religion and biggest worship.Duty towards yourself,your family and everybody- is the biggest worship and it is through your "karma" you can fulfill it.The higher the quality of "Karma"the higher will be your duty.The Bhagavad Gita not only stops you from become inactive but also stops you from becoming overactive."Yuktahar Viharasya Yukt Cheshtasya Karmashu•••" (6/17) .Through these lines food,habitat as per your requirement and tendency of endeavour in actions is taught which help you learn the principles of similarity, combination and equality.Today, things are changing so fast that to safeguard your existence and moving towards continuous progress are like working on the razor's edge.Cut-throat competition and marketing culture are posing new challenges to the fast-shrinking world.In the circumstances management schools and the corporate world teach us to remain cool.But this coolness comes from within or by keeping the mind cool and it is possible only when we work continuously without any malice and passion."sarvabhoothiteratah"
(5/25)-be benevolent to every living thing. The philosophy of the Bhagavad Gita is leaving its impression on the "capital"of the developed nation like America not without any competent reason.
